Made to Order

All of our products are customized and made to order.
Production begins only after your order is placed and customization details are confirmed.

This allows us to focus on quality, fit, and personalization — not mass production.

Processing Time

    Typically 3–7 business days, depending on the product and customization level.

Please note that during busy periods or seasonal drops, production times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order is completed and ready to ship:

    Estimated 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

A Quick Reminder

Because our products are personalized and made specifically for you:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started

  • Custom items are not eligible for returns unless there is a defect or error
