We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our products are made-to-order, we handle returns and refunds a little differently than traditional retail stores.


Can I Return or Exchange My Item?

All of our products are custom-made just for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Wrong size ordered

Custom/personalized items

We encourage you to double-check your order details - including sizes, designs, and shipping info - before checking out.


What If My Item Arrives Damaged or Incorrect?

If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Please email us at info@limonellastore.com within 7 days of receiving your item and include:

A clear photo of the issue

Your order number

A brief description of the problem

We will review your claim and, if eligible, offer a free replacement or full refund.


🔁 How Refunds Work

If your return is approved (due to damage or error), your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card company.


⚠️ Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds for:

Orders delayed by the carrier (please allow sufficient delivery time)

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Items returned without prior approval
