Custom & Personalized Products
All Limonella products are made specifically for you based on the customization details you provide.
For this reason:

Custom and personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges

Orders cannot be canceled once production has started
We kindly ask you to review all customization details carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or a suitable solution.
Non-Custom Items
If a product is not personalized:

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchanges
Because products are made to order, exchanges are generally not possible unless there is a defect or an error on our part.
